Sea Temple Resort are not alone.

Our pool is not supervised and there are only childproof locks on the seven (7) gates. The word has got around and the public are using our pool. It has even been advertised on Facebook.
Patrons to our restaurant are allowed to use the pool and that is fair enough.
What can we do about it?
We could put code locks on the gates like what happens in other resorts.
It would be easy to try code locks on the adjoining gates to the central facility and if that didn't work put code locks on all the gates except for the main gate accessed from Reception.
How do we go about it?
Submit a motion for the next body corporate general meeting to purchase and attach code locks to the pool gates.
The next general meeting will be the Annual General Meeting (AGM) towards the end of the year, or if not, an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) which could happen before then. Lot owners are calling for an EGM to be held soon.
