Adjudication 1286 - 2022

As many of us know the 2022 AGM was littered with irregularities. But not enough it seems to invalidate the whole AGM and the Adjudicator dismissed the application. However in the 9 page explanation that followed the decision, Adjudicator Rosemann's attention was drawn to the body corporate committee and their role in the Committee election and two of the motions ruled on by the Chairperson.

Having trouble with garden beds?


For years I have battled with the garden in front of our Villa. It is severely root bound and not much grows in it. I have tried digging it by spade and sieving it but that is a lot of work. I have tried a planting auger with some sucess and was contemplating a sharp pointed shovel when I saw this in the Innovations Christmas Magazine. I have one on order.
