Villas are worth a lot more today than what they were fetching three years ago. There are some that have doubled and the $400,000 barrier has been passed twice this year.

Adjudicator Application 1286 - 2022
The owner's and the committee submissions have been responded to by the applicant and so the application should pass to an Adjudicator on Monday 19 Jun 2023. As it has been going on for so long the application might get to the top of the list?

There seems to be some confusion in the Manager's Office?
Owners would have received a call for nominations and motions for the 2023 AGM. This is where it all went wrong at last year's AGM. It looks like staff are applying the Accommodation Module Regulations to our scheme instead of the Commercial Module Regulations.
The conduct for running the Committee election at the AGM needs a general meeting special resolution. The only way to do that is hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and allow the owners to decide by special resolution. Stay tuned.
