Stage 1 lot owners should receive an invitation to make a submission about Adjudication Application 0241 - 2024 this week. It will come with a copy of the application from BCCM via Archers.

Here is the good news, your invitation allows you to tell your side of the story, something that is rarely granted to owners under the juristiction of the BCCM Commissioner.
If you think there is something wrong you are allowed to say so and you will be heard by an independent BCCM case manager.

After the applicant has a chance to reply to the submissions the application then passes on to an Adjudicator for final orders. Adjudicators are independent of other BCCM staff including the Commissioner.

The application deals with three things. Firstly a motion that passed at the AGM concerning the term of a new contract with a management firm. Please refer to the application for details.
The other two things in the application concern the appointment of an Administrator and any other order the Adjudicator deems necessary.
