Stage 1 memo to owners 13 December 2024 from the body corporate committee:

The RROA president, Gary Lumsden has written to the stage 1 body corporate committee with CC's to all lot owners of stage 1. The letter is on our facebook page and the manager was asked to send copies to lot owners.
It looks like that hasn't happened and we will send them out separately when we get the latest roll list from Archers.
It is a most deplorable situation when lot owners motions are carried at a general meeting (AGM) and then ignored.
BCCM Act Section 101 states:
"Procedures and powers of committee
(1) The procedures and powers of the committee are stated in theregulation module.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the committee must put into effect the lawful decisions of the body corporate."
One Crew on the job
Tradespersons from Brisbane based One Crew are encasing the electrical supply boxes around stage 1.

The original boxes are being encased with stainless steel sheeting held together with pop rivets. This photo was taken before the encasement had been anchored to the concrete base.
