Pool Gates

There seems to be confusion about pool gates. They simply must be self closing from any angle and self-latch from any open position.
Stage 1 has 7 pool gates. I have found 6 of those gates not closing properly in the last 2 years. In the last year I have found gates not closing properly 11 times and reported it to the manager and/or the caretaker. This year I have found 3.
The obvious question is do I check them daily? No I don't. If I go through one I haven't used for a while I check it.
How do you check pool gates? Open the gate, release the opening knob and gently bring the gate back and see if it locks. If it doesn't lock it is not closing properly.

The stage one 15 December 2023 BC Committee minutes, which we received on 19 March 2024 some 54 days late was critical of my actions protecting owner's interests, including telling lies about my actions and voted 5 to 0 if "I interfere with the pool gates again I will be served with a Breach Notice". The five committee members who voted are non-residents!
