Shared Path
Confirmed by council Friday 21 April 2023. In anticipation of receiving a grant next financial year council will be "shovel ready" to continue work on the shared path between the Country Club and St Crispins Avenue. This includes our entrance.
The grant system seems to have changed and ratepayers now contribute 50% of the costs.

Invasive creeper?
Centrosema virginianum has appeared on our northern boundary. It is already present in some of our gardens.
There is a planned "walk around" by members soon and we will discuss what we are going to do about it then.
