Adjudication Application 1286 - 2022
The deadline for re-submissions passes today at 5pm.
The applicant is entitled to see and comment on them within 21 days. It is then passed on to an Adjudicator who will investigate further and make a determination "on the papers".

Reef Resort Owners Association Committee Meeting
The Association Committee met on Sunday 21 May 2023 by Microsoft Teams.
Committee approved 10 new members to the association making the total membership 39. Another four requests to join have since been received.
Committee are working on a plan that has been outlined in a Youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3ixg5QJVCQ
The video deals with difficulties experienced in Queensland Bodies Corporate and what can be done about them. So far the association is on track and is now, with members help, identifying issues that need attention. In turn they can then be presented to the Body Corporate Manager for rectifation.
