New drain behind Villas 81 to 85, grass is growing back 27 days after the works.

Drain next to the Northern end of the Western boundary.
On 1 September 2023 the underground drain pipes were removed and an open drain was shaped at the back of Villas 81 to 85. The plan is that grass will grow over and the drain will function as a normal drain.

Update, as can be seen the grass from the image above is starting to grow back with the help of light rain and a couple of resident owners hand watering.
