The world is run by those who turn up. (3 minutes)

Judging by the 11 proposed motions by 7 different owners we are prepared.
It is a pity about the lack of nominations for committee positions. It is hoped that will not happen again.
Priorities may need to change.
The video above discusses the issue of owner apathy in strata management, suggesting that what appears to be apathy is actually a matter of competing priorities.
Many owners do not participate in decision-making because they are preoccupied with other aspects of their lives, such as family, work, and global events.
The presenter emphasises that to motivate people to vote, engagement is necessary, but it is also important to recognize that many will remain uninterested.
Additionally, the Commissioner's Office is unlikely to support challenges to decisions made at general meetings if the challenger did not vote.
The key takeaway is that people's busy lives and differing priorities often lead to low participation in strata matters.

Quote by Frank higginson:
"For me, I don't think there is as much apathy in bodies corporates as I did previously - it's just that people have other issues dominating their attention which means they're simply not interested in what's going on in their scheme.
Others can look after that (and they do)".
