This application deals with a dispute between an owner and the Body Corporate for Reef Terraces CTS 888.
It deals with 3 requests for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) submitted by more than 25% of lot owners to the BC committee secretary under regulations 42 & 43 of the Commercial Module Regulation 2020.

An application for Adjudication was submitted to the Body Corporate and Community and Management (BCCM) on 23 April 2025.
It has been accepted and allocated a file number (0400 - 2025). Final orders are expected by the end of 2025.
