Progress Report
What were some of our goals after the disasterous 2022 AGM of Stage 1?
29 Reef Resort owners started the association. We wanted to get more owners involved and fix this place up.
We wanted more say on the Stage 1 BC committee.
We wanted the grounds and gardens looked after as per our contract with the caretaker.
We didn't want to pay the executive committee fees for their volunteer work.
We wanted the Stage 1 BC committee held to account.

Where are we know?
Waiting, there has been lots of waiting. After the Stage 1 AGM it should have been smooth sailing. Please see 11 January Newsletter. The lot owners were clear with their voting and motions that passed have not been implemented.

Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)
It takes 25% of lot owners to call an EGM. Our first request for an EGM was knocked back by the BC committee citing that electronic means was not sufficient and hard signatures were needed.
That has now been done with origional signatures being sent by post last Wednesday 5 March 2025.
All things being equal, the EGM should be called early this week.
