Stage 1 Body Corporate(BC) 23 September 2024 Committee Meeting.
14 people attended with 3 apologies from 2 committee members and the caretaker's representative.
10 of the 14 were members of the Reef Resort Owners Association.

Financial Concern
The BC treasurer advised that levies need to be increased by 40%.

Stage 1 Annual General Meeting, Monday 4 November 2024.
Owner's motions and Committee candidates were revealed. Two motions of note, submitted by Association members, concern the caretaker's agreement in relation to gardening. Another two motions, again submitted by Association members, concern changing the BC Regulation Module from Commercial to either Standard or Accommodation.

[43] BCCM Act. Secondary object 4 (a) was quoted stating "The resposibility for self-management is an inherent aspect of community titles schemes." I agree, but what constitutes the quantity of mistakes before action can be taken? [33] & [50].
